Art on the Bowery

In conjunction with the museum's Bowery Artist Tribute, the Art on the Bowery series of public programs highlights the cultural history and artistic future of the Bowery, featuring live performance, music, dance, video and film screenings, artist surveys, discussions, and lectures. The Bowery Artist Tribute is an ongoing initiative to develop a living art history of the Bowery in the form of an online interactive map, featuring interviews with Bowery artists and digital reproductions of their work.
