Declassified Days will feature new video work selected by New Museum curators.
This program will run continually during normal museum hours from April 2-6, 2008 in the New Museum theater.
Declassified Days are free with Museum admission
A.L. Steiner with Chicks on Speed, Is Bigger Better, 2005 (5 min)
A.L. Steiner was born in Miami, Florida, and is now based in New York City. She is the co-editor/curator of Ridykeulous.
Chicks on Speed is an electropop group which started in Munich in 1997, after its members had met through the Academy of Fine Arts there.
Haegue Yang, Restrained Courage, 2004 (18 min)
Haegue Yang was born in 1971 in Seoul, Korea, and lives and works in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Germany, and Seoul, Korea.
Jan Toomik, Untitled, 2002 (2 min)
Jan Toomik was born in Soviet-occupied Estonia in 1961 and now resides in Tallinn, Estonia.
Sean Snyder, Schema (Television), 2007 (10 min)
Sean Snyder was born in 1972, and lives and works in Berlin. Schema (Television) analyzes the ways in which we consume the torrent of image production.
Luke Fowler, Pilgrimage from Scattered Points, 2006 (45 min)
Luke Fowler lives and works in Glasgow, where he was born in 1978.

Elodie Pong was born in 1966 in Boston, Massachusetts. She lives and works in Zurich, Switzerland.
Dave McKenzie, Present Tense, (19 min)
Dave McKenzie was born in 1977 in Kingston, Jamaica, and lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.
