Chris Cochrane and the Natalie Merchants: Performance

Chris Cochrane and the Natalie Merchants is Chris Cochrane, Mike Duclos, and Hanna Fox. Chris Cochrane is a guitarist, singer, songwriter, improvisator and producer. He has performed regularly in bands and improvised with hundreds of players. In addition to his rare solo recordings, he co-founded (with harpist Zeena Parkins) the groundbreaking experimental prog unit No Safety. He is the composer of the music for THEM, a dance-performance piece which was recently produced in residency at the New Museum in collaboration with Ishmael Houston-Jones and Dennis Cooper.
