Join Natalie Bell, Assistant Curator, for a visit to artist Andra Ursuta’s Long Island City studio. “Andra Ursuta: Alps,” the artist’s first solo museum exhibition in New York, will open weeks later at the New Museum. Ursuta’s works often expose or challenge the vulnerability of the human body through threatening contraptions, architectures, and figures. She has exhibited internationally at the 13th Biennial of Lyon (2015), Kunsthalle Basel (2015), the Hammer Museum, Los Angeles (2014), the 55th Venice Biennale (2013), MoMA P.S.1 (2013), and Frieze Projects New York (2012), among other venues.

Space is limited. Please RSVP by April 6 to membership@newmuseum.org.
