Join us for a professional development workshop to share and create strategies for teaching about power, privilege, and racial justice through the arts. The third gathering in a series initiated by the Art Education Department at City College, this event gives interested educators a space to reflect on contemporary culture and engage one another as resources and supports as they consider bringing these important issues into the classroom.

The New Museum welcomes educators of all disciplines. The Museum’s Global Classroom (G:Class) program utilizes the institution as a resource to enhance learning and engage high school students through the exploration of contemporary art and the issues that affect their lives.

RSVP is encouraged. RSVP here
