Come together with fellow visitors for close looking and conversation focused on “Wangechi Mutu: Intertwined,” the most complete survey of Mutu’s work to date. During this live, forty-five-minute Zoom tour led by Teaching Fellow Rosed Serrano, we will examine the artist’s work in sculpture, collage, video work, and the ways in which she explores legacies of colonialism, globalization, and African and diasporic cultural traditions.

To ensure a safe space for conversation within the tours, which sometimes include heavy and sensitive topics, virtual tours are only recorded for internal, documentary purposes and will not be shared after the program.

This program has reached capacity. If you would still like to view the event, you may access a live-stream of the program here:

Virtual tours are offered once a month during the exhibition. Additional upcoming dates and times are listed on our events calendar.

We strive to make our programs as accessible as possible. For full accessibility information, including services available by request, please click here or email
