Three-cell compost bin

Part of the Street Program

This event will be a hands-on way to learn about composting. We will construct a three-celled wood and wire compost bin using power tools. Upon completion, the bin will be given to a local community garden so that its members can compost more and waste less! Additionally, at our booth you will be able to find out about the various composting resources you have available in New York City and ask any composting questions you have.
