How Green is My City? Take part in mapping a fresh perspective on your community! Learn about the global Green Map movement and GreenMap.org.

Created locally in sixty-five countries, hundreds of Green Maps highlight sustainable living resources and the natural, cultural, and social environment, as seen at GreenMap.org. These vibrant maps share a globally designed iconography that invites everyone to get involved in the creation of a healthier community.

This workshop introduces Green Map System’s adaptable engagement tools and award-winning social mapping platform. Find out how to create printed, interactive, and multimedia Green Maps to engage change within your community, campus, or workplace CSR program with the movement’s founder and director, Wendy Brawer.

RSVP for How Green is My City? here.

The Green Map workshop will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. in room 2.2 of the Old School.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, which will be through the red doors at 233 Mott Street. Pre-registered participants who are more than 5 minutes late will lose their seat to walk-up participants. Although unlikely, Workshop times and classrooms are subject to change.
