Post-Hurricane Sandy New York City evidenced how pedal-powered transportation was vital to keeping people and communities moving and surviving.

Manhattan Rickshaw Company’s seasonally themed pedicabs will circulate throughout the festival as a free shuttle service. Passengers will have the opportunity to comment on the thematic bent of each pedicab through Twitter, on-board tablet computers, and a centralized message center hub.
