Delancey Plaza: An Afternoon Above the Lowline

Directly above the Lowline site is Delancey Plaza, and for one day only it will be transformed into an active green space for local artists and the community to enjoy. Meet at the intersection of Delancey and Norfolk Streets, where visitors can relax, ponder the possibilities of the pedestrian plaza, and provide ideas for the future Lowline park underground. Ideas will be visually displayed to create a growing wall that beautifully displays the community’s thoughts, views, and opinions.

Artists Alliance will host a partner project, Ground Floor, in the plaza to help build and beautify the fence. Don’t miss special treats and surprises from the Girl Scouts, Greene Street NYC, and other local partners.
